A longtime Atlanta area attorney, Stanley J. Kakol Jr. oversees a Stonecreast, Georgia, law practice that provides bankruptcy process assistance to financially troubled clients. Working closely with clients, Stanley J. Kakol Jr. prepares chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for bankruptcy court litigation.
Mr. Kakol’s focus on bankruptcy law extends back more than three decades, in which time he has served as managing attorney with practices such as The Sandberg Law Firm and C. Golden & Associates, LLC. He also has past experience in the insurance defense litigation sphere, and in preparing for trial in plaintiffs’ personal injury proceedings.
Mr. Kakol began his legal studies at the University of Richmond School of Law, where he achieved an eighth place ranking among 151 students during his first year of school. He subsequently transferred to the University of Virginia School of Law and completed his juris doctor. Stanley J. Kakol Jr.’s education also includes a BA in political science received from Old Dominion University. While an undergraduate student, he undertook a 4-month internship within the White House of President Jimmy Carter.
